Return and Refund Policy

An item can be returned if there is an issue with the size or if an item is damaged.

The item being returned should have the original tag attached to the item.

The customer can exchange the purchased item within a period of 1 month from the date of purchase.

(Owing to the current situation the time period may be considered upon a prior request from the customer)

However, we will not be issuing the money back in case the customer does not find a suitable item for exchange.

In such cases, we will issue the customer a credit note, which the customer can use in the future.
