What Shipping Methods Are Available?
Same day delivery is available for orders within the Colombo 1-14 city limits.
(Order should be made before 3 pm)
Orders outside of the Colombo city limits will be carried out by our delivery partners within a period of 1-2 working days.
However, this may very if there is a sudden curfew or a lock down in the country or in the area where the item is to be delivered.
How Long Will it Take To Get My Package?
Same day deliveries will take 1-3 hours after the order is placed.
Deliveries out of the Colombo city limits will take 1-2 working days after the order is placed.
This may vary if the area the item is being delivered to is under isolation or lock down.
How Do I Track My Order?
The customer will be issued a tracking number after the order has been collected by the courier company and the customer can use that number to check the status of the delivery online or by phone call.
